This Shipping & Return Policy forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Hug & Hum.
By purchasing our goods and /or using our services, you accept this Shipping & Return Policy. Please read this Shipping & Return Policy carefully.
The terms used here, unless otherwise defined, have the same meaning as in the General Terms and Conditions.
Shipping
We are shipping to alle countries in Europe. When you live outside Europe, contact us at info@hug-hum.be
Within Belgium :

FREE SHIPPING
The Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxemburg, Uk and Ireland :
delivery method : standard shipping : 2-4 days
shipping fee : 5,00 euro
All other EU countries + Rest of Europe + USA + Mediterranean sea area:

Please note that at the moment, we are unable to offer free shipping to other countries than Belgium.
Returns and Exchange
Are you unhappy with the product you ordered and want to return it? No problem.
The consumer has the right to withdraw his order or return the products within 14 days after reception of the goods by the consumer. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods (together with the return form) in their original packaged condition at your costs and at your own risk. Only after the returned items have been received and approved by ACA Invest, the amount of the purchase price will be refunded to the purchaser’s account within 14 days. Import taxes, customs duties, shipping costs will not be refunded, even if it is a partial return. The return will not be accepted and no repayment will be made if the product is not returned in the same condition (the hangtag should still be attached to the product, have no stains or any damage, parfume, odors and other) or shipping costs have not been paid.
Sales can not be returned.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed in the same way was the original method of payment within fourteen (14) days from the reception of the returned item. We shall refund the original price that you have paid for the purchased item. Sales can not be refunded.
You can return any item for a direct exchange within fourteen (14) days of receiving your original order. Any item returned exceeding the fourteen (14) day return deadline is not eligible for an exchange.
If you wish to do an exchange for the same product in another size or color, use the return form and sent the product back. If available we will sent you the right size or color.
If you wish a different item, or the requested item has a different price than the price you have paid fort he original item, then you will need to return the unwanted original item for a refund, and place a new order.
If the item you want to exchange is out of stock in the size and/or color you have opted for, then a refund will be taken place instead.
Depending on your place of residence, the time of shipping of the new exchanged product may vary.
Within Belgium:
There is a free return policy (within 14 days).
The Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxemburg, Uk and Ireland:
For orders > € 150 there is a free return policy (within 14 days).
All other EU countries + Rest of Europe + USA + Mediterranean sea area:
For orders > € 300 there is a free return policy (within 14 days).
Rest of the world:
For orders > € 300 there is a free return policy (within 14 days).
