What payment method can I use?
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express,PayPal, Bancontact, Sofort, iDeal, ING Home'Pay, KBC-Betaalknop, Belfius Pay Button.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Hug & Hum, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Are the alpaca's being hurt during shearing?
Every year we shear our alpaca's in the month of May. Shearing is for alpaca's 15 minutes of just a little stress, no pain at all. It's like we are going to the hairdresser. Afterwards they are very playfull, they feel light as a feather without that dence fleece. Shearing is also good for their fertility, 2 weeks later, it's the ideal time for mating.
